How to Use Account Manager
    • In the TelecomMentor marketplace, the Service Buyer has the ability to instantly pay for services by using their online account for:
    • Escrow Payments
    • Invoice Generation
    • To fund escrow payments or invoices generated by a service provider, the online account must have sufficient funds.

How Do I Deposit Funds?

 
     
    • The Deposit Funds Menu allows members to deposit funds into their online account.
    • By using the Deposit Method Pull Down Menu, you may select the desired method of payment.
    •  TelecomMentor allows PayPal and Credit Card to deposit funds.
    •  The service buyer must pay PayPal Gateway Fees in addition to the deposit amount (2.9% + 30c).
    •  TelecomMentor also added Credit Card processing for Depositing Funds in July 2008, as well.
    • While viewing the Deposit Menu, you may review your Account Summary Details directly from this menu without having to review the Account Overview Menu.
    • This Account Overview Menu presents the following information on the Deposit Menu:
    • Account Number – 13-digit Personal Account # for user starting with TM.
    • Available Balance -Total balance presently available in the account.
    • Total Balance -Total balance in the account.
    • Minimum deposit amount - Set forth by TelecomMentor Administration.
    • Maximum deposit amount - Set forth by TelecomMentor Administration.
    • The Deposit Amount is entered in the space provided by the customer, and displays the currency of which the payment will be paid.

  • Gateway Fees are dynamic and will change based on the Deposit amount.
  • Gateway Fees are required by PayPal.
  • Credit Card is implemented for Deposting Funds with SSL from July 2008.

    • You must enter the PayPal login or register with PayPal to deposit money.
    • Select Pay to continue the payment process.

    • By selecting Pay and upon paying the amount, the Online Account will be updated and increased, as shown below.   
    • PayPal will redirect you to the TelecomMentor Accounting Page.
    • You are not required to login TelecomMentor again.

Reserved: Available Balance  vs.  Total Balance

What is the Difference between the Available Balance and Total Balance?

 
  • The Available Balance indicates the amount of funds you have available in your Online Account.
  • The Total Balance shows the amount of funds in your Online Account that may be disbursed.
Example::
Total Balance: $500
Available Balance: $500
User requests withdrawal of $250

New Total Balance
: $500
New Available Balance: $250
  • TelecomMentor Administration processes the withdrawal request for $250.
  • It may take up to 48 hours before the withdrawal transaction appears on your PayPal account.
  • If the transaction does not appear on your account please email
    TelecomMentor at support@telecomtraining.net. We can even send wire Transfer for $15 additional charge or Send the your money in form of US Check by Postal mail. When you would like to withdraw either by check or wire Tranfer email support@telecomtraining.net with Name, Address with City, Country and Postal/Zip Code with Project or Telecom Talk Detail

How do I Withdraw Funds?

  • Login to TelecomMentor and go to My Account Manager.
  • Select Withdraw Funds.

  • Specify the Amount of money you would like to withdraw.
  • Select the withdrawal method as PayPal Money Request and click on Preview.

  • Enter the Paypal Email Address and click Continue.
  • As you can see below, there is no TelecomMentor Transaction Fee for Withdrawals.

  • TelecomMentor Administration will send you a Confirmation, as shown below, in addition to an email.
  • It may take up to 48 hours before the withdrawal transaction appears on your PayPal account.
  • If the transaction does not appear on your account please email

  • Once money is transferred to PayPal, you will also receive an email from Paypal.
